Description
The ergonomic design and simple operation of the Walther P22Q make it a fun semi-auto rimfire pistol for plinking or teaching new shooters. The P22Q operates with an external hammer and a double- and single-action trigger, a thumb safety blocks the firing pin, and an additional safety prevents the pistol from firing if dropped. The PPQ does not have an integrated safety lock. A captured recoil spring makes reassembly problem-free and straightforward. The frame is constructed of black polymer with a non-slip cross-directional grip surface, and the pistol comes with two interchangeable backstraps to customize for hand fit. An integral Picatinny rail provides for attaching aftermarket sights and lights. The ambidextrous magazine release is easily reached with the shooter’s thumb. The Walther P22Q Semi-Auto Rimfire Pistol comes with 3-dot, low-profile sights that are quick to acquire in a variety of lighting while interfering minimally when drawing the pistol from a holster or bag. The rear sight is screw adjustable for windage. Standard P22Q models have a threaded barrel for the easy addition of a suppressor. This particular model features a tungsten grey finish.
