Our goal is to be your trusted, local resource for transfers, ordering, maintenance, and more. All services are performed by appointment to ensure you receive a personalized, one-on-one experience.

Preparing for Your Transfer Appointment
To ensure your transfer is quick, legal, and compliant, please be prepared to bring the following to your scheduled appointment.
Required Identification: For all firearm transfers, you must present a valid, government-issued photo ID that shows your current physical address (e.g., a valid Tennessee Driver's License or Tennessee Identification Card).
Concealed Carry Permit: If you have a valid Tennessee Handgun Carry Permit, please bring it with you. The information on your permit must match your primary ID.
Firearm Transfer Services
1. FFL Transfers (Receiving from an Online Store)
Bought a firearm online? We make the local pickup process simple, fast, and affordable. Have your seller send the firearm to us, and we'll handle the rest.
Fee: $35 for the first firearm.
Multiple Items: $10 for each additional firearm on the same transaction (e.g., 3 firearms would be $35 + $10 + $10 = $55).
2. Private Party Transfers
For face-to-face sales between two Tennessee residents who want to ensure the transaction is legal and properly documented.
Fee: $35 per firearm.
3. Firearm Shipping (Sending to another FFL)
Need to ship a firearm to another state for a sale, inheritance, or gunsmithing? We'll handle the packaging and legal shipping requirements.
Fee: $35 handling fee + the actual cost of shipping.
Firearm Ordering & Sourcing
Can't find what you're looking for? Let us leverage our network of distributors to order the specific firearm you want. You get exactly what you're looking for at a competitive price.
Our Pricing: Wholesale Cost + a transparent 18% fee.
Shipping: A flat $25 shipping fee applies to orders under $500. Expedited shipping is available upon request.
Payment: To place your order, payment is required in full at the time of ordering.
Gunsmithing & Maintenance
Gunsmithing Services
From diagnostics to parts installation, we offer basic gunsmithing to keep your firearms running smoothly.
Labor Rate: $25 per hour (1-hour minimum).
Our Process: We'll first evaluate your firearm, then contact you with a detailed quote and scope of the project before any work begins. Parts are billed separately.
Please Note: We do not currently offer advanced services like machining, grinding, or substantial filing.
Professional Cleaning
A thorough, "white glove" cleaning that goes beyond a standard field strip.
Rate: Billed at our standard $25 per hour gunsmithing rate.
Finishing Options: Let us know if you prefer your firearm prepared for long-term storage (with residual oil) or ready for immediate use (exterior wiped dry).
Firearm Appraisals
Informal Value Appraisal
A verbal assessment of your firearm's current market value.
Fee: $10
Formal Written Appraisal
A detailed document on company letterhead perfect for insurance purposes or sales. Includes a value assessment, printed specifications, notes on unique features or modifications, and documented comparable sales.
Fee: $35
